Ilam Baptist Church employs four part-time staff.

Rod and Stephanie Robson are our co-pastors. They moved to Christchurch in 2007, to take up a 1.2 position.

Carlyle Irving is the church manager. He runs the church office and co-ordinates the administration work associated with the church.

Lindsey Bade is our youth intern. She co-leads youth work at Ilam and is studying part-time too.
